At TSLA, our House System is designed to foster a sense of community, healthy competition, and personal growth among students. Each student is placed into one of four houses: Snowdon, Everest, Andes, or Ben Nevis. These houses represent strength, resilience, and teamwork, values we believe are essential for success both in and out of the classroom.
The House System encourages students to build lasting friendships, develop leadership skills, and participate in a variety of academic, athletic, and extracurricular activities. The competition culminates on Sports Day, where students have one final opportunity to earn crucial house points in the race to win the coveted House Trophy. Through house competitions and collaborative projects, students learn the importance of teamwork and perseverance, all while contributing to a vibrant school culture.
Being part of a house instils a strong sense of belonging and pride, offering students the opportunity to support one another and celebrate individual and collective achievements. Each house has its own unique identity, yet they all work together to create an inclusive, spirited, and supportive learning environment
All enrichment activities will earn points for our new TSLA houses which will be a regular feature of our curriculum offer and sporting opportunities throughout the year.
