The views of our students are extremely important to us. We endeavour to create a positive learning environment where the students feel as though their voices are heard and their opinions are valued. Twice a year, we officially collate the views and opinions of our students and use these as a drive for positive change and reflection within the Academy. This year, we revamped the rewards policy to include suggestions that had been put forward by our students.
