This half term’s scheme or work is all about The Sea. Following on from our successful unit about Titanic, we are looking at how The Sea has inspired many writers. We are looking at Poetry, and beginning to learn those important language feature terms that we will need in GCSE.
We are also looking at Prose writing about the sea, and using inference to read between the lines and see how the writer uses language for effect.
