Year 10

Year 10 students have now finished 3 of the four assessment criteria in preparation for their examination in June 2020. Year 10 have been developing their skills with plate presentation, jointing chickens, making burgers all in preparation for year 11 controlled assessment practical tasks. During half term 4 year 10 will be completing the final assessment criteria in preparation for their formal examinations in June 2020.

Year 11

During half term 3 students have nearly completed all of their controlled assessment. Their 3-hour practical assessment will begin at the start of half term 4. The students have been developing their practical and presentation skills in preparation for this assessment. The students have worked exceptionally hard and have been a credit to themselves during this half term.
