Year 9’s are studying Human Lifespan development and the range of factors that can affect our development in life. More excitingly, we were lucky enough to go and see the day to day running of a fantastic care home (Beech Hall Care Home) and meet some of the residents and staff. The girls even got to have a go at trying the masks on in the vintage café for the residents and Becca demonstrated her gift for music in the day room.
Year 11’s have been working on some examination boosters for the majority of this half term in preparation for their first official Health and Social Care exam. The group sat the exam on Friday 7th February and are now waiting with baited breath to get their results in early April.
