Students in KS3 have started a new project looking at the work of American Artist, Seth Clark. This project incorporates Seth’s interest in memories and his use of mixed media and found materials. Students will be encouraged to use a range of media to create the textures seen in abandoned houses and buildings.
Students will develop skills which will aid them in creating a final piece of work which showcases their skills in the form of a mixed media.
Year 7 are looking into the famous works of Vincent Van Gogh. Students have been experimenting with a range of materials to explore his use of mark making within their own work. Students are making significant progress in honing their fine skills.
