Noise Academy online DJ school

We have an online site where students can practice mixing songs together

It’s completely free, however they will need to use ‘Google Chrome’ as their internet browser for it to work.

All students have to do is:

• Use the search bar located on the left hand side to find songs that they like.
• Use the arrows to load songs up on either the left or right turntable.
• The software is linked up to Youtube, so all of their favourite songs will be easily accessible.
• They then need to press play, and bring the volumes etc up like they do in session.
• They will need a set of headphones or computer speakers to hear the volume.

• Find 5 songs that mix together and write a list for when we get back.
• Follow: Play – volume up – bass change – volume down process

• We have a series of LIVE tutorials happening this week from our Noise Academy Facebook page, run by industry standard DJs, which are completely FREE for students to access providing they have an account.
• Our software allows students to see the tutors screen in real time and hear audio in full quality.

• Rayworth – Wed 4pm (mixing & mastering – LOGIC PRO X)
• Prudence – Thurs 6pm (creating a groove – Ableton)
• BLOC – Friday 1pm – (Creating a remix/bootleg/mashup LOGIC Pro X)
