The Stephen Longfellow Academy has carefully developed and designed a Personal Development Programme that we have renamed as ‘Shaping Character’ this places our students at the core of our decision-making process. Our program aims to cultivate the growth and development of young individuals who, for various reasons, have fallen out of mainstream education. Our academy is dedicated to providing our students with enriching opportunities that will enable them to become responsible, safe, and healthy members of society. We work in close collaboration with external partners, families, and, most importantly, our students to ensure an ambitious approach to Careers Education, Information, Advice, and Guidance (CEIAG) from Primary to Key Stage 4.
