The Importance of a Good Night’s Sleep!
Getting a good night’s sleep is so important.
A good night’s sleep helps us to concentrate, improves our memory and increases our performance.
How to improve sleep:
- Limit screens in the bedroom (i.e. phones, laptops, TV’s etc)
- Exercise for better sleep.
- Cut out the caffeine.
- Don’t binge before bedtime.
- Have a good routine.
- Create a sleep-friendly bedroom.
- Talk through any problems.
- Avoid long weekend lie-ins.
